The Viewpath platform has allowed us to create projects that break departmental information silos and place all internal and external stakeholder tasks in one comprehensive task list – even allowing different deadline charting options to accommodate different visualization needs. There was a learning curve to discover how to appropriately set up constraints inside of different event project templates – however, the Viewpath team was awesome at answering questions and getting us on the right track! Viewpath has enabled us to better track all tasks company wide that go in to launching each live event we manage. Additionally, by tracking the full set of tasks that go in to planning and producing our live events, we now have greater insight in to the full planning cycle of our events, giving us a more informed timeline for starting planning for our summer tour.
