Easy to manage or share the project resources using collaboration feature and increase the work productivity. Good Commercial tools and can be used in large/small scale organization. It is based on the Asynchronous and very fast processing of data and main threads are vastly displayed to the customer. The Admin Portal is easy to manage and provide good User experience which can be easily understood by any Non-technical guy. The portal interact with cloud functionality and have cloud integration with several platform. The price range is acceptable and have different packages based on the requirement and usage for the manage ment. Some of the features are awesome and based on Machine learning and performing manual automation works to reduce time. It has options to create your own dashboard and manage your utilities or projects work. If we talk about the support system, they have a good although is can be chosen based on the packages they provide but the minimal support is good for initial setup. It can be used in different sector as well Like Automobile, financial management, Oil Energy management. It provides the optimise way to deliver your project and track all the work in a single place. It has secure mechanism to login and secure the data over the cloud using encryption methods. User Interface of the portal is awesome and all the functionalities/features are visible on the Home Screen. Speed of the portal is one of the highlighted feature and does not lack even with the same device. The number of people can collaborate are high in count and provide several features for the prestige members to share the data across the groups. Due to lack of native application, data sync is not available across different platform . It does not have backup integration or mechanism to minimise data loss. Sometimes, it has more downtime as compared to other available comparative tools in the market due to lack of all cloud features. Not suitable for very small scale or startup company as it is not cost optimised or provide heavy features for client showcase. It does not support any plugin to create Graphs, Charts or statistics Data which can help to create or present the reports to the clients. You cannot subscribe pay as you go subscription, the package is based on the provided by the company. Not suitable to forecast or understand the pattern or decide data for future due to lack of statistical data features. It does not have Native application to access or manage anywhere across the different devices. Data migration is not available from an account to another which can be improved later. Plugins are very limited and do not have much option to collaborate with other third party tools for client requirements. Recommendations to others considering TeamAssurance: Good product for collaboration and share your resources under single repository and portal. The UI is simple and fast. We used to collaborate people in single place and share the resources in single repository. Using of some of the features based on Articificial Intelligence like Monitoring or analysis is a great choice. Several teams like client or company team can collaborated ai single place. Plugin to create documentation and collect all the requirements at single place. Tracking all the activities and task and extract the time based tickets for an individual user was helpful. Sending alerts to the end user based on the functional implementation and requirement by the client. Analyze the mechanism of asynchronous capabilities of the portal and develop POC to showcase the client.
