Tability’s got some solid features for OKR management that we find practical. The OKR scoring is handy, giving us feedback on how clear and doable our plans are. The AI suggestions are a good addition for those moments when the words just won’t come. Breaking down OKRs into tasks and putting them on a timeline is a functional touch, making things clear for everyone. The integration with third-party tools for score automation is a time-saver. The easy check-ins and Slack reports have made our monthly OKR routine more of a weekly thing. The support team is reliable and always there when needed. Tability is flexible but requires a bit of time for the initial setup. The support team is responsive and has plenty of online documentation to guide you through. The navigation, however, could be smoother – a few extra clicks to switch views might irk some users. Tability stepped in to address some of our OKR management challenges. It helps us set SMART goals, links department goals to the company big picture, and breaks down goals into tasks. Weekly check-ins have become part of our routine, saving us from end-of-month chaos. Tability helps coordinate the company on key goals, making our work more organized and focused. It’s a tool that brings a pragmatic approach to our weekly workflow.
