I like this software as it is the best for mid size companies as it has huge cloud storage capacity with best customer service to provide assistance to team members. It is very easy to use and very simple to view all your tasks well organised in calendar based on their priorities. It helps in managing multiple task at a time, assigning task to resources, and sharing content or files within team. Updates made to the projects in Outplanr are not visible quickly, need to wait for long. Not sure what is the issue, sometimes it shows up but sometimes it is not. Needs improvement, can add more advance features. Recommendations to others considering Outplanr: Best Management software to use for medium size companies, very easy to use and provide lot of value add benefits for the project. Builds your team connection. It has helped in reducing lot of Manager’s and team’s efforts in project delivery. It initiates communication offline within team, Manager can bring everyone all together under same space. Tasks are monitored and aligned properly, if the task is completed by a resource, new task can be easily assigned to the resources by checking the task’s status. Due to which, you get more productivity from the resources. Client is well updated with the status and helps in sharing accurate reports of the progress of the project.
