I like the task based project plans. They help keep me and the Engineers on plan and allows them to manage their workloads. I wish the product had a dedicated customer portal that would let us give our customer vision into the system without using a license. Recommendations to others considering KeyedIn: Ensure you understand what you want out of the platform and your roll-out will be much smoother. We were having a problem understanding the work that is required for an Engineer to complete a project. We were using spreadsheets that were always behind on updates and they became obsolete very quickly. KeyedIn has help us lay out a project plan and make the Engineer responsible for keeping their tasks up to date. It has also allow me to assign someone and hold them accountable to complete the task. It has made my job, as PM, easier to do.
