We were up and running in just a week or two. We were able to easily import our existing project templates and then progressively enhance them using the GuideCX features. We coudl then easily share tasks with our customers, giving us visibility into their deliverables. The reporting features likewise made it easy for our leadership to get a birds-eye view of hotspots that needed attention.? cant think of anything we disliked.
