The ease at which we can use the product for our earned value certification. I really enjoy how the product integrates with other programs. There are no competitors when it comes to earned value management. Sometimes the program can be a little quirky with how data is integrated and errors are reviewed. Having to log out of the program and log back in can become a bother. They are solving the DOE new JSON dataset file requirements. The benefit of having Deltek experts available for training and questions has been very valuable. Our month-end metric analysis process has been greatly enhanced.
