I found it very intuitive to use and appreciated that it was user friendly as some research clinicians might not have experience with it. I think it facilitates the grant submission process The syncing between multiple users could use some work, as two people working on the same project may not be able to access it simultaneously and progress can be lost. Cayuse does allow me to submit research grants and add other users to the project which is helpful when working with a team. We transitioned to cayuse about 2 years ago.
