Although the tool has its shortcomings, these are mitigated by the quick and amazing customer support. Furthermore, I have come to enjoy the tool even more after seeing how easy it is to integrate into other systems, and the API access has made things a lot more interesting.?The reporting section really needs to be improved. While the information is displayed, its difficult to understand and verify the data because theres not enough information on how the fields are calculating the numbers. I also dont like how useful features are offered as new standalone products instead of being integrated with updates for existing customers.?BigTime has solved time tracking-related problems to better understand our staffs availability.
