Great at keeping projects and tasks organized, and useful for time tracking and planning when to tackle certain tasks. Also love the ability to integrate with Salesforce. Often times a project is listed as high risk when it should not be/when there are no problematic tasks left uncompleted. Alternatively sometimes projects are listed as low risk when they do have problematic tasks left uncompleted. Baton is very useful for keeping track of projects and tasks related to those projets. It is great for time tracking, and keeping all things related to a project in order.
