Airtable User Reviews

Endlessly customizable tool to improve visibility and efficiencies editorial calendars, a repository of team resources, a host for content analytics and so much more. While training our team on this new way to track projects was time-intensive, employees picked up on how to use the tool quickly and were excited to finally have integration across workflows that previously took place in disparate tools. While sign-up sessions to speak with Airtable engineers to solve problems (Ask an Expert sessions) has been extremely useful, the overall customer support function is a bit slow. Most queries are handled via email, as there is no customer support phone number, which can be a little frustrating for issues where a call would solve the issue more.
