As an operations manager of a busy landscaping company that is trying to move the business into the digital day-to-day operations, the free version of Adobe was not doing what I needed it to. I needed to have the ability to edit, combine, and sign PDF documents but did not want to pay a monthly subscription fee. UPDF had a very reasonable 1-time payment for a lifetime license. All of the features I needed are in the program and the layout makes sense and isn’t complicated. I do like most things, but the couple of things I would love some improvements on would be to include the highlight option within the editor tab with those tools as well. Lots of times I want to edit what has been typed and highlight at the same time. This requires me to flip back and forth between the tabs and can affect the sizing for things that have already been highlighted and move them out of alignment. I would also love the signature option to allow you to upload a saved copy of your signature, and or have the option to sign your signature from your phone. It is extremely difficult to get a nice signature that looks presentable using your mouse. I did upload my signature as a custom stamp but would love to have it under the signature button. It would also make my life way easier if the stamp designer had a way to combine both the signature and a stamp that has time stamps built into it (Such as the approved stamp) and have those stamps still be able to pull the accurate time and date.
