I love how everything I need is in one place. I don’t have to switch around my apps to get the info I want about my clients. Plus, it’s pretty dang cheap! My favorite part is chatting and communicating with my team in the same program as my task list. There are a couple of bugs I’ve run into, but once I report them to the support team, they hop on it to fix it right away. Recommendations to others considering Yalla: I suggest setting up a free account so you can poke around and see how extensive it is. I double suggest scheduling a demo because there’s a lot of power behind Yalla and it helps to have someone show you the potential so you know what’s available I can create a workflow for all my clients to go through step by step, so nothing falls through the cracks, EVER! Even in team settings, everyone’s accountable. The automation capabilities with the Zapier integration have saved a lot of time because I don’t have to record new sales. The software does it for me!
