IBM Targetprocess User Reviews

The most helpful point about Targetprocess from my point of view as a Portfolio Budget Manager include the ability to assign individual resources to value streams and see their immediate cost impact based upon the allocations entered. In prior years my team had to utilize up to three or four different sets of data and tools to make these calculations. Now we can make capacity changes.
