Easy sheduling. very user friendly. I like if there is a feature for resources to can go and update when they become available(meaning if their scheduled task cannot proceed due to another reason and suddenly they have time on hand). If they can go and update it on Resource Guru quickly with a status or something and then there should be view/filter available to check who has time on hand today. I am support lead and allocating support tickets to resources when support tickets come in. Sometimes resources have work scheduled already for Projects but sometime waiting for feedback from others or cannot continue those Project work and they have time on hand.
